Customers with a MakerCare Plan can access MakerBot Support during the following hours:
Monday - Friday 9am EST to 9pm EST
MakerBot MakerCare Basic:
• Coverage on 4 qualifying incidentsper coverage year
• 2 Business Day response time
• Reach a support expert by phone- live chat- or email five days a week• For qualifying issues- MakerBot Support will cover the replacement of defective parts- or partsdamaged as a result of wear- tear- and accidents throughout the duration of your plan.
• Two qualifying incidents can be related to the MakerBot Smart Extruder+ per year- when applicable
• MakerBot will arrange and cover the costs for you to ship your MakerBot product back tothe factory for repairs approved by MakerBot Support
