We ship via- Purolator, UPS and Canada Post .

Our Free Shipping option is only available to Canadian addresses with an order subtotal of $1,500 or more.

Our shipping cut off times are based on the Saskatchewan Time zone and as follows:

1:00pm cutoff for shipping out the same day via Purolator
10:30am cutoff for shipping out the same day via Canada Post

We will try to get your order shipping out the same day after these cutoffs when possible. These cutoff times do require you to have payment arrangements in place prior to the cutoff time in order to apply.

Shipping Limitations. When an order is placed, it will be shipping to an address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with our shipping restrictions. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for contacting us to initiate any claim for damaged and/or lost shipments. All import duties and taxes have been paid on all orders shipped to a location in Canada. If you are shipping to a US address you are responsible for paying any import duties and taxes on your order.

Express shipping costs may be subject to change even after order submission. In the case of a change being required, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss this. These changes may be due to an abnormal shipping price, or due to volumetric weight calculations on your order.

Shipping time estimates do not provide a guarantee for any losses due to lost business, or inability to use the ordered items. Any refunds on express shipments that do not meet their timeframe guarantee are subject to our courier’s refund policy.

Shipping to US addresses will be done via USPS(Canada Post) or UPS based on the best rates/service.

Shipping of Back-ordered & Out of Stock Items

Any orders that contain Back-ordered or Out of Stock items will be advised of this either during the order checkout process or once the order has been confirmed. Orders containing a Back-Ordered or Out of Stock item may be held until all the items are In Stock, although split shipping may be available depending on your location and the specific details of your order. Contact us for the most up to date ETA on an Out of Stock Product.

Returns

Returning Purchased Items. We accept returns for any unaffected item within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of merchandise. After such time, all sales are considered final. "Unaffected" means a device has never been assembled, powered up, programmed, or otherwise changed. We cannot accept returns on purchased items that have had electrical power applied to them, or been otherwise programmed, changed, or affected. Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. All returned products must be in their original packaging and in like new condition.
